Contractors' Warehouse in Hayward, California, is selling the racking, warehouse equipment, store fixtures, and display building products out of its home-improvement store. The lead is 79 lots of pallet racking, nearly all HMH teardrop, with a 2022 PTR 2300HDX vertical baler, and a 2018 Ballymore portable dock scissor lift. Bidding begins closing Thursday, October 8 at 10 a.m. Pacific.
Most of the racking stands 12 feet with 12-foot beams and wood or wire decks, and seven 112-foot runs stand 16 feet tall. Sixteen sections of orange cantilever racking, 44 sections of HMH roller racking, and 14 steel slab racks built for granite and stone countertops are also offered. For moving stock, there are Cotterman and Ballymore rolling ladders, Big Joe and Uline manual pallet jacks, two-tier platform carts, and more than 40 metal shopping carts.
The store fixtures include a Milwaukee four-way merchandiser, a CLC mobile display rack, pegboard displays, and laminate counters and workstations. Building products on display include Aquatic shower stalls, porcelain and stainless sinks, brushed-nickel faucets and showerheads, Kwikset door hardware, DMF Lighting recessed trims, and laminate countertops. Office furniture, HON file cabinets, portable fans and heaters, a Cardiac Science AED, and Knox lock boxes are in the catalog.
