Lugano's Designer Showroom Liquidation, South Holland, IL
Lugano's former diamond salon in Chicago's Gold Coast shopping district was furnished for a private, personal shopping experience. The designer furniture, lighting, and decorative pieces from its 100 E. Oak Street location are now selling at auction, with the furnishings moved offsite to South Holland, Illinois.
A 10-foot Porada Infinity table, a Ceccotti Collezioni Bean writing desk, and Hammer Fine Furniture Ibiza tables show the attention given to that setting. Seating includes Giorgetti Ibla and Porada Noemi dining chairs, Adriana Hoyos Galapagos and Rumba chairs, Potocco Velis armchairs, a Bernhardt Design rocker, and custom curved sofas. A Porada Saffo desk, Myria bookcases with smoked glass shelves, Ceccotti coffee and side tables, and a Theodore Alexander waterfall console offer more of the salon's furnishings.
JMW Studio for Holly Hunt 3-Cloud chandeliers and Holly Hunt Eclipse wall sculptures carry that same attention to the lighting and walls. SkLO glass sculptures, Global Views alabaster objects, Sabbia Gallery etched bowls, and Michael Aram accessories bring color and detail to the smaller pieces. Hammerton Raindrop glass shades and pendant components, mirrors, area rugs, and Summit beverage and wine coolers are also in the catalog.
Bidding begins closing Thursday, September 24. Pickup is at the offsite location in South Holland.
