A restaurant, bar and event venue in Austin, Minnesota, is selling its kitchen, its bar and a full DJ sound and stage lighting setup in one online auction. The kitchen leads with an Alto-Shaam Combitherm combi oven, Southbend and Blodgett gas convection ovens, a U.S. Range with a griddle, Anets and American Range fryers, and a Superior charbroiler, with Hobart and Biro meat saws in the back.
Most of the refrigeration is True: two three-door glass merchandisers, two reach-ins, a pass-through glass door cooler and a slant-glass deli case. A Tor-Rey curved glass deli case, Beverage-Air coolers, a Turbo Air sandwich prep table and walk-in panels go with them. Behind the bar there's a Perlick glass chiller and ice bin, Krowne and Eagle underbar sinks, and a Manitowoc ice maker head.
The sound starts with a Yamaha M7CL digital console and a Mackie mixer, with a Rane ONE controller, Bose Panaray speakers, PA cabinets and subwoofers. For lights there are ADJ Vizi moving heads, LED PAR cans, lighting truss and fog machines. The venue also has two Rowe AMI CD jukeboxes, two drum sets, round banquet tables, dining tables, stack chairs, bar stools, and wedding arches and columns.
