Bakery and cafe equipment is selling online from Eden Prairie, Minnesota, southwest of Minneapolis. The oven is a Baxter OV310G gas rotating rack oven on a mobile tray stand. A Vollrath MIX1030 30-quart mixer sells with the bowl, whip, paddle, and hook. Coffee is a La Spaziale Lucca espresso machine, a Fiorenzato F 64 E grinder, and a Curtis D500GT12A000 brewer.
A 2011 Amana AXP20 high-speed oven and a Waring XTreme blender are in the catalog with 185 full-size aluminum sheet pans, seven 20-tray channel racks, a 12-pan rolling rack, poly ingredient bins, stainless tables, tart pans, and mixing bowls. An HL-M810 band sealer and Uline impulse sealers sell with those pans.
