Evolve Additive Solutions, Minnetonka, MN
Evolve Additive Solutions is selling its Minnetonka, Minnesota headquarters, from three Evolve SVP production 3D printers and the cleaning line that served them to shelves of automation parts, a metrology and electronics lab, and a full office. The printers run Evolve's STEP process from Siemens touchscreen controls, and two of them were built in 2021 and 2022. Two 2022 MKR Metzger stations, a liquid cleaning system and a bag filtration station, came with that line. Oryx and PADT support cleaning tanks, an Oryx ultrasonic cleaner, a Blackstone-Ney ultrasonic system, and a Samsung DVM chiller are here too, along with AMT and Finish Thompson centrifugal pumps.
The automation stock includes eighteen B&R servo motors, B&R X20 modules, a Keyence laser profiler, Keyence, SICK, and Banner sensors, an Allen-Bradley PowerFlex drive, and a Kollmorgen-driven automation assembly. The lab has a Fowler optical comparator, a Mitutoyo digital height gauge, Starrett and steel-stand granite surface plates, and a Vision Engineering Mantis stereo microscope. On the optics and electronics benches you'll find a Thorlabs laser diode controller and optical breadboard, an Ophir-Spiricon beam profiling camera, Tektronix oscilloscopes and a function generator, a Fluke three-phase power logger, Mettler Toledo and Ohaus analytical balances, and nine DC bench power supplies.
The offices bring two cubicle systems, Herman Miller chairs, electric sit-stand desks, a pair of 75-inch Sony displays with a Yealink conference setup, Dell monitors, and HP printers. Shop support includes a RONI lift, Fastenal hardware cabinets, workbenches, pallet jacks, and wire shelving. Bidding begins closing Tuesday, October 20 at 10:00 a.m. Central, and pickup is in Minnetonka.
