Fuji Ya, Minneapolis

Since 1959 Fuji Ya has been a go-to restaurant in Minneapolis and the first Japanese restaurant in Minneapolis. Now, the restaurant has closed and all the quality food service equipment will be sold to the public. Highlights include complete dining package, restaurant decor, self-contained refrigeration, full line of kitchen equipment, patio seating, and more. 

The public may preview and inspect items from 9a to 12p on July 20.
