The bakery has a 1999 Baxter OV210G rotating rack oven and a matching roll-in proofer. Bidding begins closing Tuesday, September 15 at 10:00 a.m.
Five 1999 Tyler compressor racks with Copeland compressors, set up for R-449A, sell with Kramer rooftop condensers and the walk-in coolers and freezers, including a three-room combo, a Crown Tonka freezer, and a dairy box with nine Anthony doors. A 2024 Hussmann five-door frozen case and 2017 Hussmann doors are in the catalog with the older Tyler remote cases. Six Killion checkout lanes and the remaining store fixtures sell with the rest of the lineup.
