Jacobson Bros Quality Meats & Deli

The Jacobson family has decided to close their Madison area delis and processing facility. Now, all the quality meat equipment will be sold to the public. Highlights include a full line of equipment from the processing facility including Vemag stuffer, smokers, mixer/grinders, vacuum sealers, slicers, and a full line of equipment from the three delis including meat cases, island cases, store fixtures, slicers, tables, and more! 

The public may preview and inspect items on March 13, 2019 as follows:

Additional note, we will sell items 1 to 185 from the production facility starting at 10a (3113 Syene Rd, Madison). When we're done with those items, we'll move over to Stoughton and sell all the remaining items (194 to 624) from that location (2125 McComb Rd #100, Stoughton, WI 53589). We expect this transition to happen around 130p.
