'Laine's Bake Shop
'Laines Bake Shop was an artisanal bakery located in The Hatchery in Chicago and has now closed. Now, all the quality bakery equipment will be sold to the public. Highlights include 80qt and 40qt dough mixers, Baxter gas revolving oven (purchased and never installed), a JE Cake Pro 800 inkedibles printing system, plus assorted bakery sheet pans, bakery equipment, bakery utensils, and more.
Buyers are responsible for arranging pick-up on-site of all items. Plan accordingly. You will need to make an appointment as well as contact on-site removal person to arrange access to The Hatchery.
