Lane's Bakery
As Lane's Bakery closes its ovens after over 40 years of serving Madison, an exceptional selection of their bakery equipment is now up for auction. This is a rare chance to acquire commercial-grade gear spanning from gently used workhorses to nearly new equipment ready for years of continued use. Featured items include Hobart mixers, Baxter ovens, True refrigeration, Rondo sheeter/cutters, Carpigiani gelato machines, Zero Zone refrigeration units, ice machines, proofers, racks and more. Bakeries, caterers and food trucks shouldn't miss this opportunity for quality equipment at auction pricing. The sale isn't just for businesses - home bakers can pick up smaller mixers, sheet pans, utensils and other items to continue Lane's legacy of great baked goods. This equipment made memories for generations - now you can own the tools to carry on the sweet Madison tradition.
