Larsen's Bakery

After over four decades as a staple of the Racine community, the renowned Larsen's Bakery has closed its doors. We are pleased to announce we will be facilitating an online auction of Larsen's Bakery's assets and equipment. This full scratch bakery was known across Wisconsin and beyond for its famous kringle recipes dating back centuries in Copenhagen. Highlights of the auction include a rack oven, Hobart mixer, over 1000 sheet pans, a spacious retail area, multiple high-quality walk-in coolers and freezers, and much more. We invite all bakers, entrepreneurs, and lovers of Larsen's treats to participate in this unique auction opportunity.
