The same line includes a Southbend six-burner gas range with a griddle and two ovens, a Southbend SilverStar convection oven, a 15-foot CaptiveAire hood with rooftop makeup air, and a CMA-180 dishwasher. Bidding begins closing Tuesday, September 1.
On the sales floor, 2020 Zero Zone French-door cases run 24 feet, with 2017 Zero Zone frozen and medium-temp doors and 36 feet of Hill Phoenix NRG multi-decks. A walk-in cooler and a US Cooler walk-in freezer sell with those remote cases. Meat prep has a Hobart 4732 grinder and a Globe 3600N slicer. Two Load King checkout lanes, Lozier gondola and wall shelving, and the remaining grocery inventory are in the catalog.
