Petland Discounts, Brooklyn

This Petland Discounts location has been through bankruptcy and all inventory was left on site. The landlord has ordered everything sold regardless of price to the highest bidder. All inventory will sell as one bulk lot! The location boasts over $50,000 in inventory and fixtures.

What a great opportunity for someone in the industry to pick up current inventory at their own price, or lease the space and reopen as a turnkey business. There is plenty of space for a 2nd business in this location. We are amazed at the quality, condition, and size of this offering.

The public may preview and inspect items July 11, 3p to 6p, or by private appointment (Call/text Judd Grafe (507) 254-1184).
