Pheasant Run Resort, Day 3

The iconic Pheasant Run Resort has closed. In addition to being filled with decades of memories, this large facility is filled with over 3,000 items that will be sold to the public regardless of price across four days. 

August 10, Day 1: 1-726 (view Day 1 catalog)

This day will start in the New Orleans ballroom winding through the different restaurants/food service areas in the facility. 

August 11, Day 2: 727-1688 (view Day 2 catalog)

Leading off with the kitchen this part of the sale will include the commercial food equipment along with dishware and banquet materials in the banquet hall, hotel lobby, and main theater area. 

August 12, Day 3: 1689-2552 (Scroll down to view catalog)

Starting with Zanies and gift shop this sale then continues wrapping up fixtures on Bourbon street then winding through the spa and atrium. The sale continues with the fitness center and pro shop area and the rooms in the main hotel tower. 

August 13, Day 4: 2553-3475 (view Day 4 catalog)

Beginning in the tower lobby and continuing through to the rooms in the remainder of the hotel this sale will also include offices, Gallery Hall, Basement rooms, and the landscaping area along with various hotel seating area fixtures.
