An offer on the assets for Pier 1 in Groveport, OH was presented Tuesday evening. Our court mandate and fiduciary obligations require us to act in the best interest of the client. We have converted the piecemeal auction to a single bulk bid auction including all lots. The opening bid will be the current offer and any interested party will be allowed to advance the bid and purchase the assets as a whole. 

Pier 1 is closing this distribution center, and now all the quality items in the facility will be sold to the public with the high bid on the entire location winning. Highlights include a large selection of electric forklifts, pallet jacks, order pickers, yard trucks, an assortment of warehouse carts and racks, tools, corporate office furniture, and more.
