Piggy's BBQ, Plainfield, IL
The complete liquidation of Piggy's BBQ in Plainfield, Illinois puts a turnkey smokehouse, bar, and dining operation on the auction block. 305 lots covering every corner of the building, from the cook line to the back bar, the stage and sound system, the dining room, and the last squeeze bottle on the shelf. Front-of-house assets include a full Toast POS system (three terminals, four printers, kitchen display, handheld), a True TDD-3 three-door underbar keg cooler with dual draft towers, a Delfield 18670PTB refrigerated prep table, a 2014 Lamber F92ek high-temperature undercounter dishwasher, and a Buffalo GE025 20-quart commercial mixer. The catalog also includes dining chairs, high-top and patio table sets, booths, a wood 4-piece stage with steps, Crown and QSC amplifiers, DJ lighting, projectors, and a mini-split HVAC system.
Bidding starts closing Thursday, April 30 at 10:00 AM Central. Removal is onsite in Plainfield, Illinois. No reserves, no minimums.
