Publix, West Palm Beach, FL
Publix is selling the equipment from its store on Southern Boulevard in West Palm Beach, from two backup generators to the meat room, the deli, thirteen walk-ins, and the cases on the floor. The bigger generator is a Caterpillar standby unit with 343 hours, and there's a newer Cummins natural gas unit too. Bidding begins closing Tuesday, October 6 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern.
The meat room has a Hobart mixer-grinder and two Biro saws. On the deli side, there are three Bizerba slicers, an Alto-Shaam combi oven and hot food cases, Giles chicken fryers, and a Hobart rotisserie, with a Cutler revolving oven and an Erika divider-rounder from the bakery.
Thirteen walk-in coolers and freezers sell from the back of the store, most of them Kysor, including a long dairy box and a meat cooler. Out front, Hill Phoenix multi-deck cases for dairy, produce, beverage, and meat sell along with the store's compressor racks and True reach-ins. The walk-ins and cases sell without compressors. Madix shelving, Tennant scrubbers, a cardboard baler, and the rest of the fixtures are in the catalog too. Preview is Monday, October 5 from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m., and pickup is in West Palm Beach.
