Puckett's Food Store, Erick, OK
Puckett's Food Store in Erick, Oklahoma is going to auction with 183 lots covering the complete grocery buildout, closing May 13. The full store liquidation runs from the meat room and refrigeration cases through shelving, checkout lanes, and back-of-house equipment, with hardware from Hobart, Berkel, Biro, Hussmann, Lozier, and Crown Tonka.
Hobart and Biro anchor the meat room with a 4732A grinder, a Biro 6642 grinder, a Berkel 827 slicer, Globe and Toledo deli slicers, and a full set of aluminum platters and stainless prep tables. Refrigeration runs deep: 20 feet of Hussmann ORO meat cases, 24 feet of Hussmann D5NX multi-deck cases, three remote freezer-door lineups, a Sarco walk-in cooler, a Crown Tonka walk-in freezer, and a Keeprite produce cooler box. The front of store includes more than 375 linear feet of Lozier gondola shelving, IBM and NCR POS lanes with Verifone readers, and conventional shopping carts. A Max-pak MP 60 vertical baler and a Tennant 2510 floor scrubber round out the back room.
