Sherwin-Williams' Landmark Building in Cleveland is liquidating its full café and fitness center buildout alongside a wave of corporate AV, office, and facility equipment. Over 1,160 lots close May 5, covering commercial food service, cardio and strength suites, 86-inch LG displays, a Huebsch laundry line, and framed art.

The café side includes a Hobart Legacy 60-quart commercial mixer, a Franke Evolution espresso machine, a Southbend SL-Series double-stack convection oven, two Frymaster RE117SD electric fryers, a Garland 6-burner range, and reach-in refrigeration from Traulsen, Beverage-Air, Continental, and Delfield. Fitness runs deep with an eleven-machine Cybex strength suite (leg press, torso rotation, fly, arm curl, arm extension, and more), Precor TRM treadmills, Matrix cardio and a G3-MS24 5-station cable machine, a WaterRower, and a Life Fitness LC-9500RHR recumbent bike.

The corporate side is anchored by 159 LG commercial displays ranging from 42-inch to 86-inch panels, plus Samsung units and a Cisco MX300 video conferencing system. HON fills out the office layout with double-pedestal desks, file cabinets, a conference table, and mesh task chairs. A Huebsch commercial laundry line, HP DesignJet large-format printers, and an Epson Stylus Pro 9880 round out the working equipment. Art highlights include a Cassina Barrel 606 chair designed by Frank Lloyd Wright, a Blaine Mitchell signed silkscreen, and a Cleveland photography collection.
