Southland School District, Surplus

Southland School District has surplus items from their ongoing renovation and also the closed elementary school building in Rose Creek. Now, all the items will be sold to the public with the highest bidder winning. Highlights include shop equipment, food service equipment, desks, chairs, lawnmower, scoreboard, Dodge handicap accessible van, and more. 

The public may preview and inspect items from 1p to 3p on November 4 and direct questions to Paul McCartan, (515) 320-7600. 

Please note, items are located in multiple places. Lots 1 to 103, 341 to 343 are in the Red Shed at the bus garage (705 Main Street W, Adams, MN), Lots 104 to 289 are outside/in storage containers at the bus garage (705 Main Street W, Adams, MN), Lots 290 to 296, 340, and 344 are at the Southland High School (203 2nd St NW, Adams, MN), and Lots 297 to 339, and 345 are at the Former Southland Elementary School (201 1st Street NE, Rose Creek, MN).
