U.S. Bank Stadium Concession & Food Service Equipment | Stewartville, MN
Most of the concession and kitchen equipment in this sale comes from U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis and is selling from the Grafe warehouse in Stewartville, just south of Rochester. It's led by 47 Hatco two-drawer food warmers, an Ole Hickory smoker, four Wells ventless fryers and the Carts of Colorado counters that worked the stadium's stands. The Hatco warmers are HDW-2-S units, most of them on casters, and each one sells as its own lot.
On the cooking side, the Ole Hickory is a natural gas pit smoker in stainless steel, and the Wells fryers carry their own recirculating hoods. An Electrolux tilting pressure braising pan and a Winston CVap holding cabinet are in the kitchen lots too.
Out front, Carts of Colorado built three mobile serving counters, a concession cart with a hand sink and a condiment cart. Two Perlick three-door draft beer dispensers, three Gold Medal hot dog rollers and two Gold Medal nacho cheese dispensers fill out the stands. Bidding begins closing Wednesday, Nov. 18 at 1:00 p.m. Central, one lot at a time, right after the morning auction of a Cat track loader and Trimble surveying equipment.
