Subway's Portland, OR location is going to auction, with two Nor-Lake walk-ins, two Duke tri-channel sandwich prep coolers, and a Nu-Vu portable oven and proofer combo anchoring the lineup. The complete restaurant build-out closes Wednesday, May 6, covering refrigeration, beverage, prep, dining furniture, and small wares.
