We have been retained by a local landlord/property manager to conduct an online auction of the contents from four recently closed restaurants - Giordano's, Que Onda Mexican Restaurant, and two locations of The Curragh Irish Pub in Chicago and Skokie, IL. This unique auction presents an excellent opportunity to acquire quality assets and inventory from multiple restaurant facilities in one event. Highlights of the auction inventory include commercial kitchen equipment such as ranges, refrigerators, dish machines, smallwares, and more. Bar and dining room furnishings including booths, tables, chairs, bars, glassware, decor and POS systems will also be sold. With nearly 2000 lots, this auction offers a wide selection of assets. Important Notice for Bidders: We were informed by the seller at 12 PM today (November 2) that the sale of lots 1355 to 1673 at The Curragh Irish Pub, Skokie, IL, has been canceled due to permit-related issues. We have removed the lots from the auction. We apologize for the inconvenience and are here to support you. Thank you for your understanding as we navigate this situation, and we hope you will find interest in the other available lots.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, our client has requested a one-week postponement of the auction until November 2. This delay is necessitated by the client's ongoing efforts to secure lender confirmation for the auction of the assets. Thank you for your understanding.

Please be mindful of this for preview and equipment removal, and that there are two The Curragh Irish Pub locations (Chicago and Skokie). Thank you!
