Tom's Market in Coventry, Rhode Island, southwest of Providence, is selling its meat room, hot foods kitchen, and store equipment at online auction. Meat and prep equipment includes a Hobart Legacy HL800 80-quart mixer, two Hobart 4246 mixer-grinders, three Biro meat saws, and a Biro VTS-44 vacuum tumbler. The deli has five Bizerba SE 12 slicers, a Bizerba A404 slicer-stacker, and six Hobart HTi scales.
The hot foods kitchen has two 60-inch 10-burner gas ranges from American Range and Southbend, American Range double-stack convection ovens, a Blodgett double convection oven, and a BKI combi oven. There is also a Henny Penny 500 pressure fryer, Pitco and Dean fryers, a Hobart rotisserie, and Alto-Shaam curved-glass hot food cases.
On the sales floor, a 36-foot Hussmann produce multi-deck was remanufactured in 2021. Hill Phoenix curved-glass service cases add 36 feet of deli and an 8-foot meat case, and there is a 20-foot Hill Phoenix dairy multi-deck and a run of Hussmann frozen-food doors. A two-room walk-in cooler, a CrownTonka walk-in freezer, three True three-door glass freezers, and a Hoshizaki F-1000 ice maker are also in the catalog. Trenton, Larkin, Kool Star, and Hussmann rooftop condensing units sell as separate lots from the remote cases.
Up front are a 2021 NCR two-terminal POS system, two Lyons checkout lanes, a Mosler safe, and Lozier gondola and wall shelving in runs up to 86 feet. The catalog also has two Schaerer Ambiente espresso machines, a Doyon proofer, and a 2021 Ballymore electric stacker. Bidding begins closing Wednesday, October 7 at 10 a.m. Eastern.
