Pier 1, Distribution Center, Groveport, Day 2
An offer on the assets for Pier 1 in Groveport, OH was presented last evening. Our court mandate and fiduciary obligations require us to act in the best interest of the client. We will be postponing the Groveport auction for 24 hours to allow owners and representatives a few hours to consider. If accepted, we will convert the piecemeal auction to a single bulk bid auction including all lots. The opening bid will be the current offer and any interested party will be allowed to advance the bid and purchase the assets as a whole. If the bulk bid offer is not accepted the piecemeal auction will take place Thursday at 9 am with the 2nd auction following on Friday at 9 am. Thank you for your interest and understanding.
Pier 1 is closing this distribution center, and now all the quality items in the facility will be sold to the public with the high bid on each item winning.
